Spyware threats and complexity are increasing. Due to
the time involved in Spyware Removal, we have begun flat rate pricing on
this procedure. Complete spyware removal is now $139 per incident instead of the traditional hourly charges. Spyware
removal can easily take 3-4 hours or more, so this is quite a bargain.
This is for in-shop service only. On-Site service calls may be billed at hourly
charges at our discretion. Shipped in PC's will incur additional return and handling costs,
as usual. This offer is subject to change at any time.

Microsoft has now officially ceased support for Windows 98 and Windows Me (as of July 10, 2006). Windows XP Service Pack 1 support ends on October 10, 2006. NOTE - this is Service Pack 1 support ONLY. Microsoft will, of course, continue to support Service Pack 2 and beyond for the foreseeable future. Get your updates done. If you have dialup, contact Microsoft for an upgrade disk or call us and we will install the updates for just $79 including a minor tuneup. Microsoft Service Pack 2 - certain spyware (notably TV Media) will cause the SP2 update to fail and prevent your PC from restarting. You must check your computer for spyware and viruses before performing this update. If your "upgrade" fails, repair costs can range from $60-$180 or more depending on circumstances and conditions.
