Remote Desktop Support allows a technician to view and access your computer without the need for an on-site service call. This may be favorable if you are in need of immediate service or are too far away for a service call.

Remote Desktop Support may be available under certain conditions. At this time, you must have an account with us in good standing. You must be directed here by an available technician. You must agree to the following terms:

1. Charges will be incurred at the rate of $69 per hour with a 15 minute minimum charge ($17.25). Charges begin at the time of connection and end at disconnection. You can disconnect at any time, but service may not be completed if terminated prematurely.

Payment is due and payable immediately and can be paid by check or credit card.

2. Limited remote access of your PC by the technician at Trinity PC (aka Trinity Tech Center, LLC) is implied and authorized. Data transfer is encrypted, but security is not guaranteed. Trinity Tech Center, LLC will not be held liable for any data loss or interception resulting from remote services.

3. As remote service is inherently difficult and limited in capability, no guarantees of success or repair are implied. It may be necessary to gain hands-on access to your PC to complete the repairs. If this is the case, you will be liable for both remote charges and hands-on service charges.
